To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a

Service Technician (m/f/d)

for our sterilisation equipment in Berlin and the surrounding area.

 

Your tasks:

  • Installation, commissioning and training on the use of the equipment at the customer’s premises
  • Carrying out maintenance work and repairs
  • Acting as the point of contact for customers in the event of problems or queries
  • Inspection of sterilisation equipment in accordance with BetrSichV
  • Carrying out validations/qualifications/calibrations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Preparation of documentation (protocols, reports, etc.)
  • You will be the direct point of contact for the customer
  • Carrying out electrical tests in accordance with DGUV V3
  • Optimising or adapting the equipment to specific customer requirements

 

Your profile: 

  • You have completed an apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, electrician, electronics technician or similar.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in a field-based role.
  • You hold a Class B or 3 driving licence.
  • You have good general IT skills (Microsoft Office).
  • You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • You are willing to travel
